2. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide field installation management services:

• Account & Profile Information: Full name, business email address, phone number, role assignment, and language preferences provided by account administrators.
• Job Site & Work Order Content: Photographs captured via device camera or selected from photo library for work order verification, completion records, notes, and site status updates.
• Device & Notification Data: Device model, operating system version, and Expo Push Notification tokens to send real-time job assignments and status alerts.
• Location Data (Address Fields): Job site addresses and warehouse location strings entered for scheduling work orders. We do not track continuous background GPS location.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively for internal business and operational purposes:

• To authenticate users and manage authorized access to work orders.
• To schedule, assign, and track window/door installation and repair jobs.
• To upload and store job site verification photos for builders and clients.
• To send push notifications regarding urgent work order updates or schedule changes.
• To maintain inventory levels, lot numbers, and warehouse logistics.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We prioritize your privacy. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information or job site media with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Information is only shared under the following circumstances:

• Authorized Builders & Clients: Work order progress, completion dates, and uploaded job site photos are shared with authorized project managers and builders associated with the specific project.
• Service Providers: Secure cloud hosting, notification dispatch (Expo / Apple Push Notification service), and database management providers acting on our behalf.
• Legal Compliance: If required by law, regulation, subpoena, or government authority.

5. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, and token-based authentication (Expo Secure Store) to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Data Retention & Account Deletion Rights

We retain user account details and work order logs for as long as the account remains active or as required for ongoing business contracts and legal auditing.

Account Deletion: Users or contractors who wish to request account deactivation, removal of profile details, or deletion of stored personal data can submit a request directly to our privacy officer at support@flbuildersinstallations.com or contact your company account administrator. Account deletion requests are processed within 14 business days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our web portal and mobile application are intended exclusively for professional contractors, field workers, and business personnel over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
